All places come on a first come first serve and your booking will NOT be confirmed until the booking form and deposit has been received.
You have a choice of a twin or single room and prices will vary from each venue – your booking forms will have the individual prices.
A letter will be sent out, but all final amounts must be sent to me ready for banking 6 weeks before the event – this will then give any cheque's time to clear before I need to pay the hotel.
If you are booking within the month then the full amount will have to be paid at the time of that booking.
If you cancel, I will do my up most best to fill your place however this can’t be guaranteed, and you will lose your deposit.
If, however I do fill your place then you will receive you deposit back or can be carried over to another event
Unfortunately, if you cancel within 1 month of the event happening – unless it is major – I can’t refund you with anything as the hotel will have already been paid and I won’t get a refund either.
If however, I or the hotel have to cancel the event you will have a choice of either having a full refund or carrying the ‘booking’ to another retreat.
Scrapbook Getaways have the right to cancel an event at any time, however, we do not hold any responsibility for any extra costs made by yourself – like travel or extra accommodation.
